The Vienna Stock Exchange is the only securities exchange in Austria. It features a modern infrastructure and supplies market data and relevant information. It guarantees the smooth and efficient execution of stock exchange trades and serves as an intermediary for all market participants. Wiener Börse AG also operates the Austrian power exchange EXAA and the CEGH Gas Exchange under the license of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Wiener Börse AG, together with its holding company, CEESEG, cooperates with 12 exchanges in Central and Eastern Europe and is globally recognized for its unique CEE know-how.

How can I get access to Vienna Stock Exchange? Could you name me some of organizations which provide access there? I'm from Russia and I would buy some Austrian bonds.
Hello rcomascat, thank you for your comment and your interest in the Vienna Stock Exchange! You can acquire Austrian bonds via a bank or broker in Russia. Trades on the Vienna Stock Exchange can only be executed by stock exchange members (which are banks and brokers). Currently we don’t have Russian members, but our member Raiffeisen Bank International has subsidiaries in Russia which probably provide access to Vienna Stock Exchange and accept your orders for our securities. For Vienna Stock Exchange’s market model “continuous trading” investors can rely on liquidity and attractive prices provided by at least one market maker. Furthermore, Xetra trading system guarantees the smooth, transparent and efficient execution of exchange trades. Kind regards from Vienna
